General Membership is open to all current Washington State employees, including full-time, part-time, hourly and salaried employees who are committed to supporting and advancing the mission of WIN.
Community Membership is open to all individuals who are not current Washington State employees AND :
Will follow the guidelines applicable to state employees as established by state laws, regulations and policies.
Are interested in promoting the values of WIN and are willing to participate in WIN activities.
Are non-voting members.

Come help us plan for WIN’s June 2019 event.
We are seeking members with an affinity for detail and additional availability between December 2018 through June 2019.
Communication and Marketing
We are working to develop a quick and fun way to share information about WIN.
This subcommittee will also be responsible for maintaining WIN’s website, facilitating WIN’s SharePoint site, updating distribution lists and facilitating member surveys. We are seeking co-chairs and members with website development, video editing and marketing communications skills.
We are developing a pamphlet to advertise WIN internally and externally.
This subcommittee is focused on recruiting new WIN members and supporting state agencies in promoting Washington State as an employer of choice.
Retention and Career Development
We are planning upcoming learning opportunities and leadership development.
This subcommittee is focused on strategies to retain and support immigrant state employees . This subcommittee also supports WIN’s goal to serve as a resource for state agencies in creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce. We are seeking members interested in mentoring, providing training, or suggesting learning opportunities around career development and diversity, equity and inclusion.
